Three new events added to Friday’s CAF Sports Day lineup

Jeff Gaye PSP sports and fitness staff have added three new sports to make Friday’s CAF Sports Day the biggest and most diverse in the event’s five-year history. Cricket, yoga and rugby sevens are new this year, bringing the Sports Day lineup to 10 different sports and physical recreation activities. The 4 Wing Fire Department dropped in at MFRC Child Services last week to teach the children about fire safety. The visit was part of Fire Prevention Week. As always, Sparky the firehouse dog was a favourite visitor.

Jeff Gaye There was a celebratory mood in the 4 Wing Theatre Saturday night as the 4 Wing Band marked its 35th anniversary with a special concert.
