Soldier On offering paddling camp in Tofino

The Courier Soldier On is holding a paddling camp in Tofino, BC June 11 to 15. Serving and retired Canadian Armed Forces (CAF) members who are ill or injured are eligible to apply for one of 10 places at the camp. Canada will send Aviation Task Force to UN Mission in Mali

DND/Global Affairs Canada Harjit S. Sajjan, Minister of National Defence, and Chrystia Freeland, Minister of Foreign Affairs, have announced a commitment to deploy an Aviation Task Force to the United Nations Multidimensional Integrated Stabilization Mission in Mali (MINUSMA) for a period of 12 months.
