MFRCS The 4 Wing Military Family Resource Centre Society (MFRCS) is accepting applications for military families to register for the Maple Virtual Health Care Program. At the end of September there were about 125 spaces left. Cliff Kenyon Smile…be happy…and it only costs you a loonie. It’s the annual Tim Hortons Smile Cookie Campaign, a national event which includes the three Tim Hortons restaurants in Cold Lake. All proceeds from the sale of the Smile Cookies from Sept. 16 to 22 goes to the Military Family Resource Centre Society (MFRCS) at 4 Wing. Why are they smiles?
