The Courier Sandra Perron, Canada’s first female infantry officer, will give a presentation at an International Women’s Day event at Club 41 on Thursday, March 8. Perron is the author of Out Standing in the Field, a memoir of her military career. The book made the long list for CBC Radio’s popular “Canada Reads” panel.
