It’s time to bring sports back to 4 Wing!! The lingering effects of COVID 19 have dictated that we keep this event simple and safe, so we have selected sports and activities that can done outside, appropriately socially distanced. Compete in the best ball golf tournament, or perhaps give disc golf a try. If you’re really looking for a challenge, you can Try-a-Tri…either individually or as a team. If your schedule doesn’t allow for a morning of competition, or you’d rather unwind as you head into the July long-weekend, then just slip into one of the 4 Yoga Classes being offered that morning. All these events are totally free and open to Defence Team members of 4 Wing!
