A Vision of Care and Compassion
The vision for Valour Place was born from a heartfelt need to ease the burden of travel and accommodation for military families dealing with medical challenges. The idea came to life through the tireless efforts of supporters and donors, culminating in the construction of a 12-suite facility. Its mission is to offer temporary accommodations at no cost, providing comfort, privacy, and a sense of community during difficult times.

Valour Place serves members of the Canadian Armed Forces, veterans, first responders, and their families. Since its inception, the facility has hosted thousands of guests, including individuals from CFB Cold Lake, who often travel to Edmonton for specialized medical care.
