Attention all families and their little adventurers! 🌟 Dive into our weekly Tide & Tumble sessions starting Sunday, April 14th from 9:15 am to 10:00 am. We alternate between the Col J.J. Parr Sports Centre Aquatics & Mackenzie Arts & Community Centre.

This parented program is designed for preschoolers in and out of the water. Experienced Recreation Leaders will guide participants through fun and safe games and songs while encouraging fine and gross motor skills as well as physical literacy for life. Qualified aquatic staff facilitate fun, active and safe pool sessions. These pool sessions will encourage water safety, build Swim for Life® fundamental skills and introduce fun games and songs to play and sing in the water.
