The 4 Wing Chaplains’ annual Christmas Hamper and Angel Tree programs have once again brought holiday cheer to the Canadian Forces Base Cold Lake community. This year, the initiatives provided support to numerous families, ensuring a joyous season for all.

The Christmas Hamper program successfully delivered food hampers to 17 families, offering much-needed assistance during the festive period. Additionally, the Angel Tree campaign brightened the holidays for 39 children by providing them with personalized gifts. These achievements were made possible through the remarkable generosity and dedication of CFB Cold Lake members.

Chaplain (Captain) Alexander Krause expressed his gratitude, stating, “All this couldn’t have been accomplished without the incredible generosity and hard work of 4 Wing members.”

The overwhelming support from the community resulted in a surplus of donations this year, enabling the Chaplains to extend their assistance beyond the base. The excess contributions were donated to the local Cold Lake Food Bank, further supporting those in need.
